‘HEAVEN SOMEDAY’ NEW SINGLE FROM KATELANN MAREE COMING THIS FRIDAY MAY 16TH
‘Heaven Someday’ completes this year’s new single releases from Katelann Maree. Single number four, together with ‘Australia My Home’ (January), ‘Ashes To Dust’ (March) and ‘Head Above Water’ (April) will feature on the EP of the same name, coming later this month.
This latest track is about faith, love and forgiveness. It is a cry from the heart for a family member, a friend or someone you love that is lost spiritually and lost in this life. Katelann shares her personal thoughts when penning ‘Heaven Someday’, “This song was my way of processing the emotions that come with loving someone who’s making choices that hurt not just themselves but those around them. It’s full of hope that they will one day find their way through this life into the next and for me personally, that is into the gates of heaven”.
“Heaven Someday” the EP, will be launched on Saturday May 17th, with a celebration at The Leichhardt Centre in Miles, Queensland. Katelann Maree a proud Queenslander and lifelong Western Downs resident, was born and raised in Miles, Qld. Representing the small rural town with her 2024 Western Downs Regional Arts Development fund application, Katelann was thrilled to be awarded the grant which ultimately enabled the release of her latest music.
