Simply Bushed, the band described by the late great Doc Neeson (The Angels) as a bush band on steroids, is back with a new single, ‘Saturday Night’. Featured on the band’s 2014 album “This Country”, which received two Golden Guitar finalist spots, this track is all about getting ready to party at the family bush dance in the local hall. This is single number four, with all previous singles sharing chart success including first single, ‘Making Hay’ that peaked at #8 on the Country Tracks Top 40.
The band that started as an informal get together over 20 years ago, is best known for their raucous yet polished live shows and this atmosphere has been perfectly recreated on the new single. Fans are in for a treat when Simply Bushed bring their unique style of country music to the Sydney Country Music Festival on Saturday October 31st in Bella Vista NSW.
A live video, produced by Paul Denham at one of the biggest parties on the country music calendar, The Gympie Music Muster, is now available: http://www.vevo.com/watch/AUGO61502647
